Reiki is a traditional Japanese healing modality intended to promote relaxation and personal peace. Each Reiki session is a full body energetic centering alignment. Reiki energy is suitable for anybody who feels called to renew and empower their personal energy and unlock the true Radiance of their spirit.

What is an Express Facial Service?

Express services are results-oriented skin services. Scheduling an express service gives you the benefits of my signature facial services in a shorter amount of time. you will be omitting my personally curated facial massage as well as extractions. You will get results, with a little less of the hands-on pampering. My express services were designed for individuals who prefer a low touch treatment or have a limited time for their skin transformation. Express services are scheduled at 30 and/or 45 minutes.

This is my first facial- What do I need to know?

First, yay! Second, you need to come as you are. I want to see your skin in its purest form. If you have a break out- perfect. I want to see what you deal with so we can work together to get you the best results possible for your complexion. 

My skin is sensitive. Can I have a facial?

Yes, even with sensitive skin you can enjoy the benefits of a facial. I would suggest the Harmony Facial as it is great for sensitive skin types, The Harmony Facial brings vibrant energy, circulation, and a healthy glow to fatigued skin.

What should I avoid after my facial?

Typically, we say avoid exercise, excessive exposure to extreme temperatures and the sun. If you had a peel or resurfacing treatment avoid any at home exfoliation for at least 48 hours following your appointment. After your appointment you will be given personalized skin care instructions to follow, to ensure you maintain your best results.

Gratuities- How does that work?

Tips are always appreciated and accepted for all services offered in the Skin Suite. According to the Spa Industry Association it is appropriate to tip 15-20% of the bill on services. If you’re getting a discounted deal or a bargain, or even a special package. Your therapist expects you to tip them on the full price of the treatment rather than the discounted pricing.

Should I shave before my facial?

• Do not shave the day of your facial. Shaving is exfoliating, (this may sensitize your skin)

Do I have to pay for my appointment before when I schedule my appointment?

You do not have to prepay for your facial appointment when you schedule your service. It is an option if you choose to do so. We do ask that you pay for any waxing services when booking as this expedites the service process.

Cancellation Policy:

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. In the event that I do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be billed to you:
Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges. Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
